Context for this issue

Sharon was printing emails from Proclaim, and the below would appear in the header of the printout:

Typically this would just show your name e.g.

Sharon had a former Employee's email account; Olivia Mckeefery's; in her Outlook.

Upon closer inspection, there was a 0 KB ost file in the Outlook data folder.

Solution:

Remove the Outlook Profile and create a new one.

Then check the Outlook Data File location:

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

With this example, Sharon had Olivia Mckee’s .ost file here but it was 0 KB. I deleted this and that seems to have sorted it.
