These errors typically relate to either the name of the signature or the Bond Turner logo image is corrupt.
The name does not like symbols such as brackets ( ).
If the name is the problem, create a new signature called BT or Signature for example.
If the image is the problem, remove it, and then copy the image from the signature in the ticket (this is the most reliable I have found so far) and paste it back in and this resolves that problem.
