Cannot Exit Case - Linked Action Still Running Print

If a user tries to exit a case and gets the below message:

Cannot Exit Case - Linked Action Still Running

Check that they are sure the process has definitely completed, such as no word documents open, linked action box not showing at the top as running.

To resolve this issue, open Extra Details Viewer, and select MATHS-ITEMS from the dropdown.

Find the user in the results, confirm the case they are having the issue with, and if it matches up with what is showing in Extra Details Viewer, select and delete the row.

Ask them to try again and they should be able to exit the case.
